A survey of the New Testament and Church History is made for evidence on the nature of church government and its development.

Very Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Yalley was born on November 7, 1962. He holds a BA (Hon) and M. Phil Degrees from the University of Ghana. He also has a Ph. D from the University of Ghana. He is currently the Acting Head of the Department of Religious Studies and Ethics at the Methodist University College Ghana.
