In Regina's words: Life is an adventure, and it's much more fun when you know how it really works. Her early experience of academic science felt an insufficient explanation of the fullness of life. This led her to years spent exploring widely, the crafts of clowning, wellness and natural healing with people as well as our land, and a discovery of self-growth as a universal need and purpose for all beings. Regina, a proud mother and grandmother, and as a multi-potential has combined a breadth of training and work in Computer programming, Sustainability, Online training, Wellness, Massage , Performance Arts Therapy and Community building, with a depth of life experience and deep reflection. With a message that joins old knowledge and new, her greatest desire is to assist in the evolution of empowered people creating a loving, sharing and sustainable world.
