Autorenporträt
Rhonda Paglia is a retired elementary school teacher and grandmother of five. She lives in Hermitage, PA with her husband, Anthony, and their little dog, Bella. Rhonda, also known as "Grammy Pags," enjoys writing stories for her grandchildren. Rhonda, who started her teaching career as a first grade teacher, was devastated by the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012, in Newtown, CT. During her prayers for the children, their families, and their community, she received an image of the twenty precious children as little lambs, who were instantly scooped up in God's hands and escorted to Heaven by six special angels, their teachers. The inspiration of the children, their teachers, and their lives, gave birth to The Little Lambs and the Very Special Mission. Her hope and prayers are that the messages of kindness and love in this little story will inspire all of us on Earth to become 'the higher angels of ourselves.' The Little Lambs and the Very Special Mission is her first story for distribution to the public. All proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to the "Angels in Charge" Scholarship Award in honor of the heroic teachers and staff of Sandy Hook Elementary School. This award goes to high school seniors from the Newtown School District who plan to pursue a career in elementary education.
