Rich Goldstein manages IP boutique Goldstein Patent Law, which he founded more than 20 years ago. Rich is author of the forthcoming book: "The ABA's Consumer Guide to Obtaining a Patent". Rich is currently serves as Chair of the AIPLA Law Practice Management Committee, and Co-Chair of the NYIPLA Law Firm Management Committee. Rich is also slated to found a law firm management committee for the ABA IP Section for fiscal year 2015-2016. Rich frequently writes and present on topics related to law firm leadership, legal marketing, and business development. Rich's writings on leadership and collaboration appear in various legal journals, including the ABA's Law Practice Today and Law Practice magazine, as well as in his blog, richgoldstein.com, where he also writes about personal development and marketing practices.
