Rick Boling began his professional career as a guitarist, keyboard player, and vocalist, working with several rock bands around the southeastern US and serving as a studio musician. In his early thirties he became a luthier, building acoustic guitars and doing stringed instrument repairs and restorations at his shop in central Florida. He later took up writing, and for 30 years was a prolific journalist, publishing some 2,000 articles in dozens of magazines. He has since served as Editor in Chief of a leisure sports magazine, published three novels (under a pen name), and written several short stories. THEN AGAIN is the first novel he has published under his real name.
