Rick Wrenn III - a graduate of Furman University and the University of Florida - harbors a keen interest in (and has thoroughly researched) distributed energy platforms and climate tech. His fascination with these subjects began during his tenure in operations management for a specialty compounds manufacturer. Wrenn has since transitioned to the startup world, and worked with decarbonization strategies and renewables. His current project involves developing a new product line of non-hazardous materials with potential annual sales of around $10M.
