RUTH SABATH ROSENHTAL lives in New York City with her husband. She began writing poetry after having retired from a career as Corporate Event Planner. Prior to that, she was V.P., serving as Director of Licensing, and Art Director of the "How-To" Book Department of a national needlework manufacturing company.Ruth became an accomplished poet just a few years after taking up that craft, having been mentored by some very accomplished New York poets, both privately and in workshops and classes. Three favorite tutors of hers, though now deceased, still inspire Ruth, as well as the poetry community, at large: Kate Light, Sarah Hannah, and Rachel WetzsteonRuth's poems have been published in a myriad of literary and poetry magazines, and poetry anthologies. throughout the U.S., and internationally.
