Autorenporträt
RuthAnn has written and published curriculum materials duringher career as an educator but this is her first published memoir. She has a B.A. and M.A. from Michigan State University and has worked as a teacher, social worker, career counselor and consultant to schools and businesses. She is a certified divorce mediator and developed and published training materials for peer mediation and crisis management in schools across the country. She stays healthy by going to the gym, walking, biking, traveling and spending time with family. Her beloved husband, Bruno (Bud) Gilbert of 32 years died in 2016 from parkinson's complications. He was her favorite "rocket scientist."
