The purpose of the study was to investigate the attitudes and awareness of the people of different communities towards reproductive health education in Pakistan. A sample of four districts were selected through simple random sampling for the research. An attitude scale was developed to find out the attitude of the people of different communities. While awareness of the people were found out through structured interview. Data were collected through reliable attitude scale. For awareness interviews were conducted and data was collected from doctors and affected families. The data was analyzed through statistical program SPSS. Mean and standard deviation were used as statistical techniques for data analysis. It was found that the affected families and doctors of urban areas were more aware about reproductive health education and showed positive attitudes towards reproductive health education in all the four districts, where as the religious scholars, literate and illiterates from rural and urban areas had moderate attitudes, towards reproductive health education.
