Today, 'employee work passion' is a need of the hour for efficiently responding to the constant disruptive changes of the business environment.It is considered as one of the strongest positive emotions that energizes employee at workplace . Work passion is one unique human capability that contributes most towards organizational success. The concept of 'passion' has gained lot of attention from researchers but there exist dearth of research on passion at work place. Therefore, in this study I made an attempt to understand this concept in the context of work. In this study an attempt has been made to define passion in organizational context in the form of 'employee work passion'. Apart from defining the concept, the study also explored the relationship of employee work passion with its antecedents and outcomes.
