Russ Valiga is a semi-retired writer and all-around good guy from western Pennsylvania. This is his second book. His first was "The Science of Racism" as mentioned above, are you not paying attention? Look for his third effort, tentatively titled, "MONSTRARE". What else do you need to know? Now leave me alone!
