The special attention has been paid towards the relaxor behavior of some composition in the system. The author has made an attempt to shift the phase transition temperature of the observed relaxor towards the room temperature.

Dr.S.K.Rout completed his Ph.D from NIT,Rourkela in the year 2006, and presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Physics, BIT, Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand.He is a recipient of BOYSCAST(India) and BK21(S.Korea)post doctoral fellowships. He has published more than 50 research papers in various international Journals.
