I'm a licensed chef who has traveled to war zones in Afghanistan. All my life I've talked to people who have had problems with weight gain and weight loss who were looking for a permanently quick result on weight loss. I created this book, Body for Life, for the military, since I started cooking in the military when I joined at seventeen years old.
