Sa recherche porte principalement sur l'héritage d'Avicenne dans la philosophie islamique post-classique, et sur les présupposés philosophiques des sciences occultes en islam. Cécile Bonmariage, Ph.D., UCLouvain, is Chercheur qualifié FRS-FNRS (Belgium) and Associate Professor at UCLouvain. Her research focuses on the heritage of Avicenna in post-classical Islamic philosophy, and on the philosophical background of occult sciences in Islam. Sébastien Moureau, Ph.D., long term Frances A. Yates fellow au Warburg Institute, University of London. Ses travaux portent sur les sciences dites occultes, en particulier l'alchimie, dans le monde arabo-musulman, ainsi qu'à leur transmission au monde Latin. Sébastien Moureau, Ph.D., long term Frances A. Yates fellow at the Warburg Institute, University of London.
