Wayne Malinga holds a PhD in Development Studies from theUniversity of Fort Hare in South Africa. His PhD research focused on water resources management and its impact on small-scale farming in Lesotho. He holds a B.A. (Hons) and M.A in Development Studies. His research interests include rural and community development and livelihoods.
