The original work of the present book contains two new research projects:In the first part: Sodium 1-aryl-3-(3-(ethoxycarbonyl)-5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-3-oxoprop-1-en-1-olate was used as precursor for preparation of some novel derivatives of various fused heterocyclic ring systems namely azolotriazine, azinotriazine and azolopyridazine. The antibacterial and antifungal activities of the new products were also evaluated. In the second part: New series of novel functionalized thiazoles, 1,3,4-thiadiazoles, pyrido[2,3-d][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidines and 1,3-thiazines containing pyrazole…mehr

The mechanisms of the reactions studied were also discussed. The mechanisms of the studied reactions were also discussed. Sixteen compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antimicrobial activity. The results proclaimed that some of the tested compounds exhibited moderate to significant antibacterial and antifungal activities. Also, the anticancer activity of some other compounds has been evaluated.
