Autorenporträt
Walter Goode was for many years an of¿cer of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. In that capacity he acquired wide experience in the formulation of international trade policy and the conduct of bilateral and multilateral trade negotiations. In particular he participated in negotiations and meetings in APEC, GATT, WTO, UNCTAD and OECD. He has held trade-related postings in Geneva, Beijing, Shanghai and Tokyo. He conducted many trade policy training courses particularly under APEC auspices. He is now retired. His publications include Australian Traded Services, Uruguay Round Outcomes: Services and Negotiating Free-Trade Agreements: A Guide.
