Autorenporträt
I am Wanda Savage-Moore, a professional and personal wellness consultant and coach sharing wisdom, personal and professional experience with the young and restless, filling gaps left by good and bad parents, friends, relatives, and pastors. I integrate practical coaching, professional consultation and sage advice with an understanding of the competitive world, relational desires and needs, and the reality of mental and physical struggles now facing younger generations.By background, I am an entrepreneur, an executive, a leadership consultant, and a certified wellness coach, a wife of over three decades, and a mother, with bachelor's and master's degrees in Engineering. I have successfully mentored, coached, hired and fired many as a part of my career. I have also consulted for over 30 years with public, private, non-profit, and high-tech organizations in performance improvement, and have personally trained over 15,000 professionals in areas that enhance individual and organizational wellness. I have served non-profit and community organizations in many leadership capacities, including serving on Boards of Directors. I have also designed, facilitated, and spoken at over 35 conferences nationally. In my life, I have been blessed with inexhaustible determination and a strategic action focus which I have invested in coaching and supporting the young and the restless. I have been given a gift that involves listening, understanding, and speaking into their realities, and with wisdom, a generous heart, and faith, I have been able to help many. In this book, I will share wisdom, knowledge and case studies of several young adults that have experienced the struggles, pain, and fatigue of early "adulting", as a part of their personal and professional lives. These young adults have also found hope, wellness, and wholeness through the application of the exciting GIT Principles I share in this book, in addition to my coaching, mentoring, and support. My hope is that you too will benefit from this book and from hearing about the experiences of others.Getting it together requires understanding the seven principles I will share, identifying the gaps in your progression, and taking positive steps to close them. The book is meant to help you understand what I've found to be the seven principles of getting it together and stabilizing your progress toward life goals. Your ability to identify the gaps and pursue strategies for closing them may involve the help of coaches such as myself, doctors, and other nurturers in addition to your own dedication and hard work. I am the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of The GIT Coach, LLC. Are you ready? Let's do this ...
