Imagine a book titled "The Corporate Calm: "Comprehensive Stress Management in Organizations" that the authors developed to act as a reference guide for organizations endeavoring to tackle the problem of stress in workplaces.This book would emphasize a proactive, three-pronged approach. A model of three phases of CQI program, namely: assessment, implementation and evaluation. It would start with helping the organizations to effectively evaluate the general and more importantly the specific stressors affecting their human resource.
