The CT scan findings in mild TBI cases was as follow: 62.5% subgalial hematoma (SGH), 31.25% calvarial skull fracture, 5% cerebral contusion, 3.75% subarachiniond hemorrhage ( SAH), 2.5% fracture base of skull, 1.25% diffuse cerebral oedema, 1.25% with extradural hematoma (EDH) and 1.25% with subdural hematoma (SDH).Patients presented with moderate TBI, 83.33% SGH, 66.66% with SAH, 66.66% patients with cerebral contusion, 50% with diffuse cerebral oedema, 50% calvarial skull fracture, 33.33% SDH and 33.33% fracture base of skull. The brain CT scan findings in the patients presented with severe TBI were: 85.71% subgaleal haematomas, 64.28% had calvarial skull fracture, 57.14% fracture base of skull, 57.14% cerebral contusion, 50% SAH, 35.71% diffuse cerebral oedema, 28.57% SDH, 14.28% EDH and 14.28% intracerebral haemorrhage.
