William C. Howells, 45, is a disabled Veteran living in Chattanooga, Tennessee. At age thirty-three, William joined the Army and fulfilled a life long dream of becoming a Soldier. About two years after graduating basic training at Fort Knox, he made the rank of Sergeant while in Iraq. Upon returning home, he went back to school, completing one technical degree, and is currently working to finish his B.A. in Mechanical Engineering.
