Mr. William Lokira is an Mphil student in Anthropology, a long serving district administrator, and currently the minister of Agriculture in Pokot West County, Kenya. Dr. Benard Mwori Sorre is a senior lecturer at the department of Anthropology and human ecology of Moi University.
