Williams Chirinos, M.Sc., P.Eng., PMP, co-founder and president of Inexertus, Inc., is a project management consultant with 20+ years of project management accomplishments in planning and execution of complex projects in the Oil and Gas industry and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) environments.

He has delivered fundamentals to advanced project management training courses and consulting to establish and operate a project management office (PMO) in several private companies and government organizations.
