The anthology has the format of a Facebook thread, where individuals can like or comment the poem or related photograph. The names that appeared are those of the first person to have clicked like. This is fictional. The names are Spanish politicians from the socialist party and the head of our Centre for Infectious Disease Control, an otherwise unknown individual who became a popular face during the pandemic. The number of likes or comments is random and this reflects the randomness of poetry, life and the pandemic itself. I would describe my political outlook as left leaning, pro-democracy, enviromentally aware. Using names from the socialist party is a call to reflect and a bit of a joke.
