Graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary medicine, Addis Ababa University in 2006. Joined the academic staff as lecturer in veterinary microbiology at the Department of Veterinary Science, Mekelle University in Ethiopia.In 2009,Studied a master of food safety at the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science.
