Tammy knows about battling the thought of life. Growing up, she faced mental challenges of self-doubt, depression, and fear. Divorce changed her life and deepened her mental challenges until God revealed to her how to control the thought of life with the word of God and determination. She is a retired middle school educator and the mother of three children and grandchildren. She has dedicated her life to helping those who struggle with mental health, self-esteem and helping women determine their worth. The Hell of My Mind is her first book to bring self-awareness that we are not alone in dealing with mental health, especially from a private and Christian standpoint. She hopes that this will especially help women, mothers, and wives determine that it is okay to not hide the struggle and get outside help.
