This study attempts to explore the effects of Information and Communications Technology on teacher practices within the classrooms. Qualitative research approach was used as means of data collection and analysis. The study will provide wide range of insights to teachers, researchers and policiy makers who interested in educational change projects world- wide.

Taner Altun was born in 1973 and was graduated from Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) in 1994 as a teacher. He obtained his M.Ed. degree from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK in 1997, and his Ed.D. from the University of Nottingham, UK in 2002. Currently he is working as Assist. Prof. Dr. at Faculty of Education, KTU in Turkey.
