Tania (she/her) is an AuDHD author & mother of two neurodivergent children. Later diagnosed, Tania faced challenges navigating her sensory processing differences and lacked coping mechanisms throughout her earlier years. After receiving an autism and ADHD diagnosis, Tania started the journey of healing and self-acceptance. Actively managing her disabilities, she creates an inclusive environment for herself and her children, while creating resources inspired from real life family experiences, offering unique insights to promote neurodivergence acceptance and understanding.
