Tara S. Behrend, Ph.D., is the John Richard Butler II Endowed Professor of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Michigan State University. She directs the Workplaces and Virtual Environments Lab, which focuses on the psychological and policy implications of emerging workplace technologies.
