Mr. Teferi Tolera Holds MSc degree in Agricultural Communication and Innovation. For the last ten years He has been teaching and conducting research in the areas of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development. Currently he is working his PhD in development studies at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.
