The work and family revolution of the latter part of the 20th century has profoundly changed the social structures, institutions, and cultures that constitute the fabric of our lives. Given the nature of work and family changes, it is little wonder that numerous social science researchers have studied these changes and their impacts on society. This bibliography seeks to identify the primary thematic and topical strands that have contributed to the understanding of the work-family field. The bibliography is organized by major themes and topics.
