Terrie grew up in a small southern town in South Carolina. She is married, has three children, one stepdaughter, eight grandchildren, and a cockapoo named Daisy. She became a nurse before later going on to pursue her lifelong dream to become an educator. She has served in numerous roles in the education field with her most recent assignment as principal of a public charter school. She loves reading, writing, crafting, decorating, singing, and music. She is a Christian and loves to share her love for Christ with others. She says her faith, family, and friends give her the strength and courage to fight in her current battle with Follicular Lymphoma. Her hope and desire is for this book to bring a smile to many faces.
