College athletes are known for their diligence in preparing for their chosen sport. Regardless of the sport played, numerous athletes practice one to two times a day - often year round. There are numerous proven benefits to such a rigorous workout schedule - but is there a downfall? As athletes age, there may be long-term health effects from both a mental and physical standpoint. This book aims to review a small subset of athletes via questionnaires to evaluate this question.
