How do they manage lesson preparation and getting teaching facilities? How do they conduct classroom teaching, supervision, and learning assessment/evaluation normally? This book is about Northern Uganda insurgency on the effectiveness of secondary school teachers' teaching and supervision. It is targeting Northern Uganda, Gulu District and Gulu Municipality in particular, an area that has seen war for more than twenty years. The book has a genuine problem to present to the public.
