The first step, therefore, is to link reliability with experimental or field-failure data. These data will also provide a basis for formulating or constructing mathematically a failure model for general analysis. To assure coil spring integrity, failure analysis of broken coil springs is valuable both for the short- and long-term agendas of railway spring manufacturers and parts suppliers. This project describes different types of failure, failure analysis of spring, system reliability, reliability improvement and regions of failure. In this research work the failure data of spring is collected and then its failure density, failure rate reliability, graphical analysis, root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, system reliability and reliability improvement are separately calculated. This factor gives the different causes of failure and remedy over it.

J'ai obtenu un diplôme en génie mécanique, un master de M.A.N.I.T, Bhopal et un doctorat de N.I.T, Raipur. Je travaille actuellement comme professeur adjoint à l'Université Amity, Gwalior (M.P.). J'ai publié/présenté un grand nombre d'articles techniques dans différents domaines de l'ingénierie mécanique. Mon expérience d'enseignement et de recherche s'étend sur plus de 8 ans.
