Timisha K. Wilson (she/they) is a mother, sister, "auntie," business owner, and clinical social worker currently living in Portland, Oregon. She has received so much kindness and joy from people all over the world, which keeps her motivated to continue supporting her community in the ways she is able. Plus, it's really fun to do!Timisha is the owner of Wilson Family Services, a mental health practice in Portland, Oregon, providing therapeutic options as well as consultation and facilitation services. She is the mother of 1 college-aged grownup and is a native Oregonian. She spends most of her free time with family and friends, and just being in her community!Timisha received her Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Oregon in 2003, and her Master of Social Work from Portland State University in 2012. She has worked for the Department of Human Services in Child Welfare for over a decade, and also for Portland Public Schools as a qualified mental health provider and school social worker. Timisha remains committed to supporting the local arts, collaborating with community providers, and grounding herself by traveling and engaging in routine self-care activities.
