Autorenporträt
Tina Woodley is a former world record holder and European champion in bodybuilding and powerlifting. She shares her passion of food with her husband Achim Exner, former mayor of Wiesbaden in Germany. Tina was born in the Caribbean. At the age of 22 she started her very successful sports career. Soon Woodley's athletic accomplishments began to skyrocket. She won prize after prize, championship after championship. Today, she still remains one of the few women to ever become a European champion in both powerlifting and bodybuilding in the same year. As an athlete, food has always played a very important role in her life. She opened the first organic shop on Bonaire in the Caribbean, which later became her Gogreen restaurant. There she features vegetarian and vegan food, using Indian cuisine as a base for her delicious recipes. Tina also founded her own lifestyle coaching company. For both businesses food is an essential foundation. As part of her food awareness program she also founded Bonaire's first Farmers Market. Her mission is to help people to live a healthier lifestyle, while at the same time supporting a sustainable environment.
