Some problems of modelling and discusions of the processes of Relaxed Optics are represented. Comparative analysis of Cherenkov and supercontinuum radiation is observed, including Fermi and A. Bohr theories, Golub model, synthetic model, Cherenkov radiation of tachyons etc. Thermodynamically and electrodynamic problems of modeling the processes of nucleation and crystallization are analyzed. Among them: theories of homogeneous and heterogeneous nucleation, Stransky-Krastanow theory, Walton microscopic theory, Stafeev phasons model, cascade models of excitation the proper chemical bonds in the regime of saturation the excitation as theories of crystallizations and recrystallizations. The problem of shock processes in Nonlinear and Relaxed Optics is discussed too. Next concepts and models are discussed: elements of classic theory of shock processes; Raylegh and models; which are based on this model, of acoustic shock processes in hydrodynamics; cascade theory of laser-induced optical breakdown, including modified electromagnetic Rayleygh model for solid. Comparative analysis of acoustic and optical shock models is represented too.
