There is a receptor cross talk between muscarinic M2 and M3 receptors to modulate the endogenous release of Ach.

My name is Uday Kumar Killi, passion towards clinical impact of drugs in treating different disorders motivated me towards the post graduation in pharmaceutical sciences focusing on pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics which helped me to understand the drug fate in the body, this leads to study the drug receptor interactions for PhD.
