Makhmud Hasanovich Lutfillaev, born in 1953, Samarkand city, Uzbekistan. In 1990 he got his PhD degree at Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov. In 2007 he became a Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences (DS).
