A real-life case study was studied and the methodology was applied where improvement of the project and cost saving of 17% were achieved.

Usama Sadawi is one of the most brilliant engineers in Palestine. He has a 32 years experience in construction management, structural design, strategic and urban planning with private sector, national and international organizations. In addition he joins many steering committees for reconstruction and housing projects with 100 million US $.
