In work the radiating processes developing at interaction of space beams ultrahigh energy with an atmosphere of the Earth are experimentally investigated: a stream of radiation of Vavilov - Cherenkov in a range 17 - 1480 photons / sm2 eV; a stream ionization radiations; a stream of very low-frequency radio of pulses that has allowed to measure a power spectrum in a wide range. On a stream Cherenkov flashes by a direct method the power spectrum of particles with energy 10 15 - 10 17 eV is measured. The break in a spectrum of density is received in the field of 60 - 100 photon of sm- 2eV-1. In a primary spectrum the break is identified in area (3 - 5) 10^15 eV. For correct measurement of a light stream the way of the operative control of a transparency of an atmosphere by an adequate method, almost on two order exceeding a range of measurement of visibility range in the standard ways has been developed and introduced. Communication of a stream of primary particles with a stream very low-frequency (VLF) the radio impulses, the measured author in eight discrete frequency ranges is investigated.
