The returning migrant labour should be viewed as an opportunity but not a threat in the effort for sustainable intensification of current fallows in Andhra Pradesh there by improving the socio-economic situation and to achieve sustainable and comprehensive food and nutritional security in addition to create additional employment opportunities in the rural areas.
