Autorenporträt

Vivek retired from Asian Paints as Head of HR. As a trustee of 'Aroehan' (NGO) he is now involved in its activities. Vivek publishes a Marathi blog and a photo blog in addition to his HR Blog. It received Indian Blogger Award for two years. Vivek was felicitated with 'Lifetime Achievement Award' by his alma mater LNMLMILS, Mumbai. He serves as Independent Director on the Board of HyTech Engineers P Ltd., and he earlier served as Independent Director on the board of MSL Driveline Systems Ltd. Vivek was appointed as 'TISCO Chair Professor of Industrial Relations' at Tata Institute of Social Science, for 2006-07.
