The aim of this study is to identify the factors that influence the Congolese student's satisfaction in a web-based banking application. There are two objectives to this study. The first objective is to reveal whether or not the web-based banking application easily implemented among Congolesestudents and the second objective is to find out if the students are satisfied with this banking application. The participants of the study are 138 students from the Eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The study utilizes stratified sampling and simple random sampling techniques. A sample of 138 students was acquired by using a questionnaire. Data analysis is carried out using Statistical Package for Social (SPSS) for inferential statistical descriptive statistics. The result of the study shows that saving behavior and self-control influence the Congolese students' satisfaction on the banking application and 73% of the participants have an interest in using the web-based pocket money application in their institutions.
