Vijaya Rao: Vijaya possesses nearly two decades of experience in providing strategic guidance and identifying/evaluating business strategies across all industry verticals. We think of him as "a multifaceted personality and 'class A+ act' who strives for success." Mr. Rao has a strong educational background with a Masters (MIS) from Boise State University and is an avid reader in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Vijaya was born in India and currently resides in Chandler, Arizona with his wife and their two-year-old daughter. Mansi Shanbhag: Mansi comes with extensive collective experience at creating and deploying innovative training solutions, covering more than 500 learning programs throughout the world over the past 15 years. She provides a cutting-edge approach to corporate and organizational training, both outsourced and on-request for consulting services in the IT industry. Mansi currently resides in Pune, India and enjoys listening to music and spending time with her children, Mohit and Mihika.
