Described herein design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of novel series of 1, 3, 4, oxadiazole derivatives. 1, 3, 4, oxadiazole is a heterocyclic molecule with an oxygen atom and two nitrogen atoms. The Synthesis of 1, 3, 4, oxadiazole is rather effortless to prepare, generally reactive and bioactive derivatives. 1, 3, 4, oxadiazole synthesized using substituted hydrazide and carbon disulphide in a basic media. Various 1, 3, 4-oxadiazole rings has been attracting widespread attention due to their diverse considerable pharmacological properties such as antimicrobial and antitubercular activities, which encourage the research activity in this field. Amongst all the nitrogen containing five member heterocycle, valuable for significant biological activity. We have synthesized different 1, 3, 4, oxadiazole derivatives and have studied their antibacterial and antitubercular activities.
