In this work a concept of density of randomly moving electrons is based by using Fermi distribution function and thermal noise. There also are obtained the general expressions for conductivity, diffusion coefficient, and drift mobility, which are valid at any degree of degeneracy of electron gas in isotropic materials. The estimated values of the effective density of randomly moving electrons, their diffusion coefficient and drift mobility of various metals are presented for the first time. It is shown that Einstein relation does not depend on the level of degeneracy of electron gas.
