Vincent S. Gallicchio, Sr. has 48 years-experience in academic medicine and research covering experimental hematology, immunology, and developmental therapeutics for human diseases such as AIDS and cancer. As a board-certified medical laboratory scientist by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP), Gallicchio serves as a Clinical Laboratory Director. He holds clinical laboratory directorship certification from the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC). Gallicchio earned his Ph.D. in Experimental Hematology at New York University Medical Center and completed fellowships in hematology (Sloan Kettering Institute for Cancer Research and University of Connecticut Health Center).
