Autorenporträt
Crystal Dishmon is a Licensed Social Worker and has been working in the Mental Health field for over ten years. This is her first published book. She enjoys writing and incorporates journaling into her daily self-care routine. She mentors at-risk youth, teaches self-care webinars, and facilitates support groups throughout her community. She hopes that this book of poetry will inspire all to explore and express their creativity in ways that will empower the world. Vincent Harlston works in Special Education and owns a photography business. He also founded Men's Empowerment Enterprise Chicago in which he has been hosting a men's conference for the past three years. This is his first published book, and he wanted to write this book to show the world that men can express their emotions in a healthy way. Whenever he is not working, he is spending time with his family, and volunteering in his community.
